Raghu Sunnam, Linda Tim, Michelle Kotula, and Brittany Saulsbury have joined stok’s San Francisco office to drive the development of a diverse array of projects throughout the U.S.

Raghu Sunnam comes to stok with a background in Architectural Engineering and Construction Management. Specializing in energy modeling and commissioning, he will provide clients with insight into improving building performance and help projects reach their sustainability goals through information modeling and data analytics. Raghu holds both a B.Arch from V NIT, India and a M.S. in Architectural Engineering and Construction Management from Carnegie Mellon University. He is also currently pursuing his PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Carnegie Mellon.

Linda Tim joins the stok team as a Sustainability Consultant with technical knowledge in residential construction strategies and smart design. She last worked at Build It Green, where she managed the GreenPoint Rated home certification program. Her deep expertise in sustainable residential spaces will help her advise stok’s design teams on high-performance strategies for multifamily construction projects. Linda holds a B.A. in Economics and Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

As a licensed architect and a LEED AP BD+C, Michelle Kotula efficiently manages communication and project teams to keep projects on-schedule and on-budget. As a Project Manager at stok, she will strive to understand her clients’ values so she can define achievable, sustainable, and relevant goals for the design and construction of their projects. Michelle was previously a Project Manager at a Boston-based architectural firm and holds a B.Arch from Penn State University.

Brittany Saulsbury brings her conceptual and technical knowledge of building certifications to stok to help guide clients through innovative sustainable design and construction strategies. As both a LEED AP BD+C and a WELL AP, Brittany will work with project teams to prioritize workflow and manage resources to achieve and exceed targeted sustainability and health objectives. Prior to stok, Brittany worked as a LEED Project Manager at a Southern California sustainability consulting firm. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Science and Biology from Loyola Marymount University.
