Swinerton Builders has announced the promotion of Derek Jaschke to project executive for its Northwest division, which conducts operations out of offices in Portland and Bellevue.
A third-generation builder, Jaschke has managed numerous accounts for Fortune 100 clients throughout his more than 30 years in the industry. For the last decade, he has served as senior project manager with Swinerton, overseeing high-profile projects in Seattle, including Columbia Sportswear’s LEED-certified downtown store and the Attorney General’s Office. “I look forward to helping Swinerton serve our clients to their best advantage and ensuring continuity across geographic regions,” said Jaschke. The company’s Northwest division revenues are expected to top $100 million in 2014.
Jaschke has been a Seattle resident for 15 years and is involved with community organizations including CREW Seattle & Sound, Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center, and Rebuilding Together Seattle. He is a LEED AP and a member of the Associated General Contractors of America.
