The 6.77 acre second phase of the property now for lease is situated at the Gateway to the Monterey Peninsula directly off Highway One and is adjacent to the historic Monterey Dunes and beach, easily accessible for both residents and the over 8 million annual visitors to the Monterey Peninsula.
