(The properties sold for $26.4 million, or around $222 per square foot.)
The facilities consist of a GMP commercial manufacturing building, a commercial office space and a R&D/research plant. The pharmaceutical campus is located within the core Bay Area marketplace. This campus is ideal for owner/user occupancy solution or potential redevelopment opportunity. The property has immediate access to I-880 corridor and all major highways. It is strategically located in close proximity to the San Mateo Bridge and East Bay/Peninsula submarkets.
Tarlton Properties plans to create an attractive / inviting East Bay destination for prospective life science related companies. When complete, this project will provide a much needed expansion alternative for the Bay Area life science community.
