The Habit Burger Adds Another New Restaurant Location in the San Francisco East Bay Area

The Habit Burger Grill is opening another new restaurant in the San Francisco East Bay area in the city of Antioch, CA. The Habit leased 2,800 square feet of space in a freestanding building located at 2430 Mahogany Way. Plans call for the existing structure to be demolished and for a brand new restaurant to be developed specifically for The Habit. Owned by LRG Investors, LLC, the property is located directly off of California Highway 4 at Auto Center Drive across from Lowe’s, and is near the Summersville Towne Center Mall. This is one of a handful of new locations The Habit leased throughout the East Bay in 2015, which also included the cities of Oakland, Pinole and Dublin. Annie Prupas and John Schaefer with Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Services group in Burlingame and Larkspur represented the tenant.
