The Mark Company Expands Capabilities With Addition Of Andy Ardila As Vice President Of Sales

San Francisco, CA – June 15, 2015 – The Mark Company, one of the nation’s premier urban residential marketing and sales firms, announced that Andy Ardila has joined the company as Vice President of Sales. The announcement was made by Alan Mark, President and Founding Partner of The Mark Company.

In this role, Mr. Ardila will be responsible for overseeing sales operations at residential projects throughout the Western United States, including developing sales strategies and recruiting and managing top sales personnel

With over 13 years of experience in the sales and marketing of luxury real estate, Mr. Ardila joins The Mark Company from The Howard Hughes Corporation, where as Vice President of Residential Sales and Marketing, he spearheaded the sales and marketing division of Ward Village, a 60-acre master-planned community in Honolulu. He previously held senior roles as Vice President of Sales for JMA Ventures LLC, a full services real estate investment firm; Director of Sales for the Hacienda Beach Club in Cabo San Lucas, and Sales Manager for CityCenter, Las Vegas – the $9 billion dollar MGM MIRAGE/Dubai World development.

Andy began his work in real estate with several key sales and management roles with Four Seasons Resorts and Hotels, having worked on a master planned community in Costa Rica (Peninsula Papagayo).
