TNDC, Chinatown CDC Open 160-Unit, $166MM Affordable Housing Complex on Former Haight-Ashbury McDonald’s Site in San Francisco

The Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation and Chinatown Community Development Center have opened 730 Stanyan, a 160-unit, entirely affordable apartment complex built on the Haight-Ashbury lot San Francisco bought and cleared after a shuttered McDonald's became one of the neighborhood's most persistent crime magnets.
