Tohkin Meilichufang USA LLC Leases a ±11,113 SQFT Light Industrial Warehouse Building in Union City, California

Union City, Calif. (August 6, 2019) – Colliers International announces the recent lease of a ± 11,113 square foot light industrial building to Tohkin Meili Chufang USA LLC.

The property is managed by Young’s Market Company, LLC and was leased to Tohkin Meili Chufang USA LLC. Tohkin Meilichufang is a rice porridge manufacturer and organic edible oil producer that prides itself on strict rules, meticulous selection, and high-quality products. They use 350 megapascal ultra-high pressure cold sterilization technology to harvest fresh rice.

The space is approximately ±11,113 square foot portion of a larger freestanding, multi-tenant warehouse and light industrial facility. The property encompasses a high image building with convenient access to Interstate 880 via the Whipple Road and Alvarado-Niles Road interchanges. 

The property features for 1689 Atlantic Court Bldg. 4 include:  ±1,200 square feet of office area, 3 private offices, a kitchen/breakroom, ±20’ minimum interior ceiling clearance, 2 dock-high doors, 1 grade-level door, excellent truck staging/loading access, and sprinklers & skylights throughout the       facility.
