With more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Jourgensen will provide comprehensive solutions for institutional and private owners of commercial real estate and businesses throughout the Bay Area.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Jourgensen was senior vice president of Bishop Ranch by Sunset Development Co., where he was responsible for marketing and leasing the 10 million-square-foot, Class A office portfolio that serves as Chevron’s world headquarters and home to other notable tenants such as AT&T Inc., Bank of the West and Pacific Gas and Electric Co. (PG&E). During his 26-year tenure, Jourgensen completed more than 2,500 transactions with Fortune 500 companies as well as firms such as Bechtel Corp., Lehigh Hanson, Bank of America Corp., Wrigley Co., Heinz Co., and American Honda Motor Co.
Jourgensen received an MBA in finance from Golden Gate University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Colorado.
