SEPTEMBER 17, 2015 – SAN JOSE, CALIF. – Transwestern today announces Allen Valdellon has joined the firm’s San Jose office as vice president. In this role, he will focus on the acquisition, disposition and leasing of industrial, flex and research and development properties in the Southern Alameda and Santa Clara counties.
“Allen brings a great deal of expertise in industrial and commercial properties along the Interstate 880 corridor from Oakland to San Jose,” said Edward F. Prior to joining Transwestern, Valdellon was an associate for NAI Northern California in San Jose. He also served as an associate with Marcus & Millichap in Oakland, where he specialized in industrial and retail properties.
Valdellon received a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a concentration in computer information systems from California State University in Hayward.
