Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces Ken Meyersieck has joined the firm’s San Francisco Bay Area team as Managing Director – East Bay. In this role, he will oversee operations, business development and recruiting for Transwestern’s Walnut Creek office and the East Bay.

Meyersieck was previously Managing Director for Colliers International in the Bay Area, where he also represented major projects including One Kaiser Plaza, 1999 Harrison St., and 2102 Webster St. Throughout his 35-year career, Meyersieck has advised tenants and property owners in more than 4 million square feet of transactions valued at more than $1.6 billion.

This hire follows a series of key appointments in the Bay Area, including agency leasing experts Mike McCarthy, Brian McCarthy and Maddie Meyersieck; tenant advisors Gabe Chao and Jason Burch; life sciences specialist David Klein; and multifamily investment sales professional Shivu Srinivasan.
