SANTA CLARA, Calif. (June 29, 2016) — Irvine Company Office Properties has promoted two of its executives to oversee its Silicon Valley development pipeline of more than two million square feet of office space.
Todd Arris has been promoted to senior vice president of Northern California Development and Construction. And Evan Schwimmer has been promoted to vice president of Northern California Development and Construction.
Regional Senior Vice President Hanns Lee will transition to a strategic advisor to Irvine Company. In that capacity, Lee will continue to pursue Bay Area property investments.

Arris, along with Schwimmer and Regional Vice President Todd Hedrick, will direct the development and leasing of Silicon Valley office properties now under construction or in the planning stages, including Santa Clara Square and a large- scale redevelopment project proposed for Sunnyvale’s Peery Park.
