Colliers expands its Multifamily Investment Services Group with Stephen Wasserman
September 5, 2011, San Francisco – Colliers International announces that Stephen Wasserman has joined its San Francisco office as Vice President of its Multifamily Investment Services Group.
Mr. Wasserman joins Colliers San Francisco’s Multifamily Investment Services Group, which includes Senior Vice President, Mark Feldman, and Vice Presidents, John Chang, and Stephen Jackson. Colliers Multifamily Investment Services Group completed more than $148 million in multifamily sales in 2011 alone, including the disposition of Potrero Launch, a 196 urban loft style apartment project and Daggett Place, a land sale entitled for 467 apartment units.
Stephen returns to Colliers International after serving as a Manager at Buysight, Inc. in Sunnyvale, a data-driven, personalized retargeting, prospecting, & brand solutions company. Prior to his time at Buysight, Stephen spent three years as a Senior Manager at Affinity Labs, a division of Monster Worldwide, in San Francisco.
