William Lyon Homes Set to Join S&P SmallCap 600®

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. — William Lyon Homes (the “Company”) (NYSE: WLH) announced that it will join the S&P SmallCap 600® effective Monday, March 6, 2017, prior to the market open.

The S&P SmallCap 600 is designed to measure the performance of 600 public companies in the U.S., and taken together with the S&P 500® and the S&P MidCap 400® form the S&P Composite 1500®. Currently, the mean market capitalization in the S&P SmallCap 600 is approximately $1.3 billion, with the largest constituent having a market capitalization of just over $5.7 billion.
