San Leandro, Calif., June 9, 2014 – 1717 Doolittle Sub LLC (“Buyer”) recently purchased 1717 Doolittle Drive in San Leandro.  The fully leased investment includes a ±421,538 warehouse, manufacturing/office/R&D facility, is located on approximately 19.16 acres and has approximately 6 acres of developable land.  A portion of the property serves as the US Headquarter for Energy Recovery Inc. (http://www.energyrecovery.com/).

Brennan Carpenter with Colliers International in Oakland represented the Buyer. “The San Leandro market continues to retain low vacancies and experience rental rate growth which makes “value-add investments attractive to investors”, said Brennan Carpenter. Darla Long with CBRE represented the Seller, Doolittle Williams LLC. The terms of the transaction are undisclosed.
