47-Unit Apartment Asset in Oakland Trades for $20.5MM

Lakeview Land Partners, LLC. Announces the sale of the Jackson Courtyard Apartments, LLC. a 47 unit apartment building in downtown Oakland, Ca., which was built in 2009. Lakeview purchased the property  located at 210 14th St. in 2015 and enjoyed the transformation of the 14th Street corridor and downtown Oakland as a whole. The property traded hands for $20,500,000 ($436,170 per unit) and was purchased by a private investor.

The 2009 construction offers residents a “Class A” common area amenity package consisting of a beautiful controlled access lobby entry, elevator bank, 50-car secured garage with car -lifts, bike storage room, mainte- nance and systems room, seven-story open atrium and a roof deck with city views. Joel Kelly, managing part- ner for Lakeview Land Partners added “this property sits very well in the path of growth and development in downtown Oakland. The new owners should do very well with this asset into the future”.

Kristopher Lamont with Bay Apartment Advisors brokered the sale of the property on behalf of Lakeview Land Partners.
