Located at 801 State Access Road, in Hamilton of Novato, the project is composed of mission style architecture and contains studios, 1 and 2 bedroom units. The development is targeted for active seniors and offers such amenities like a fitness center, community center/ art room, multi purpose court, pool and community garden. The facility will also provide on site staffing to help residents with non-medical needs. The project is aimed for San Francisco, Marin and Sonoma’s retiring community, a growing population with few housing options. The senior development is also conveniently located near the proposed SMART train stop and the Hamilton Shopping Center.
