MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.- Awne Elrabadi Team has announced the sale of 1950 Leghorn Street in Mountain View, CA in an all-cash deal valued at $3.35MM. This key site is a centrally-located parcel covering over half an acre of land near one of the main Bay Area thoroughfares, US Highway 101 Expressway and Rengstorff Avenue. Furthermore, it enjoys proximity to Google’s main campus in Mountain View and a number of retail and housing developments nearby.

The plot of land presents a prime redevelopment opportunity and was acquired by Lifemoves Inc., the leading provider of shelter, housing and supportive services across Silicon Valley and the San Francisco peninsula. LifeMoves operates more than 20 sites from San Jose to Daly City.
