SEATTLE, Washington, July 31, 2015 – Oles Morrison Rinker & Baker, LLP, one of the West Coast’s most respected law firms, is pleased to announce that attorney Kevin McCarthy has joined the firm as a partner.

Based in the firm’s Oakland office, McCarthy has over 25 years of experience in the areas of construction risk management, construction and insurance related litigation, and all types of construction disputes, as well as general business litigation. His litigation experience includes jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and multi-party mediation and dispute resolution.

His clientele includes developers, designers, subcontractors, construction product managers, suppliers, engineers, corporate affiliates to real estate and commercial improvements, and commercial insurers.

McCarthy received his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1989. He graduated in 1985, summa cum laude, from the University of San Francisco with a B.S. Degree in Business/Finance. He was the 1989 graduating class valedictorian. He was named a Super Lawyer from 2006 through 2011.
