50,000 Square Feet Leased In Historic One Sansome Street Tower
SAN FRANCISCO – March 28, 2013 – Barker Pacific Group (BPG) has signed five new leases at the landmark One Sansome Street Tower, totaling over 50,000 square feet. New tenants include the global financial monitoring firm Factset Research Systems Inc., travel deal website Travelzoo, Arch Insurance Group Inc., Hill International, and Paycom Payroll. The building is currently 76 percent leased, with 125,000 square feet vacant.

Nathan Zoucha and Jay Seiden of Cushman & Wakefield were the tenant brokers for Factset Research Systems Inc., who signed the largest lease with 22,425 square feet. Their new offices will include the entire 19th floor, and part of the 20th. Jak Churton, while he was at CB Richard Ellis, was the tenant broker for Arch Insurance. Arch Insurance has leased 16,798 square feet on One Sansome Street’s 14th floor. Jerry Igra of Cornish & Carey was the tenant broker for Travelzoo, who leased 7,846 square feet on the 34th floor, and Scott Nykodym represented Hill International, leasing 3,283 square feet on the 29th floor. Paycom Payroll was represented by Brooke Agresti of CB Richard Ellis, and leased 3,418 square feet on the 31st floor.
BPG took ownership of One Sansome in a joint venture with Prudential Real Estate Investors in 2010 and serves as the property manager of the 43-story, 739,000 square-foot Class-A office tower known as Citigroup Center. Construction on the high-rise began in 1983 and incorporated portions of the Holbrook Building that housed the Anglo and London Paris National Bank, which occupied the site from 1910-1981. The building was certified as LEED Gold in 2010. One Sansome Street’s public spaces and lobbies underwent major improvements in 2011.
