Bishop Ranch Announces New Leases with Kraft and Samsung

SAN RAMON, CA (September 24, 2012) Bishop Ranch, the largest mixed-use business community in the East Bay, announced today new leases signed by Kraft Foods and Samsung Electronics totaling approximately 32,000 square feet.

Kraft Foods, represented by Charlie Allen of Cushman Wakefield, relocated two regional sales offices to Bishop Ranch 8, 3000 Executive Parkway, and Bishop Ranch 15, 12667 Alcosta Boulevard. Kraft’s two leases total approximately 24,000 square feet. Other food service companies that have moved to Bishop Ranch include Del Monte Foods, Nestle, Dryers, Heinz and Coca-Cola.

Additionally, Samsung and Sunset Development, which owns and manages Bishop Ranch, reached a lease agreement for 8,000 square feet in Bishop Ranch 3. Other companies located there include AIG, GE, NY Life and Robert Half International.
