The firm is lead by four seasoned real estate industry experts with strong connections to and deep experience in the real estate community in the West. The firm’s four principals Curtis Tischler, Mark Chow, Michelle Antic and Jeff Condon have a proven record of generating more than $6 billion combined in sales over the course of their careers.

Curtis Tischler, Co-Founder

For more than 13 years, Curtis has focused on providing a full range of residential and resort real estate development consulting services, with special emphasis in hospitality resort, urban and infill condominium sales and marketing. Curtis also specializes in real estate brokerage compliance in the western United States. He has previously held positions as the vice president of sales and marketing for JMA Ventures, and senior positions at the Mark Company, Timbers Real Estate Company and Ritz Carlton Development Company.

Mark Chow, Co-Founder
Mark is a seasoned real estate sales executive with more than 15 years of experience in new construction and condominium conversion sales. Mark gained invaluable experience in his former role as vice president of sales at The Mark Company where during his tenure he developed and executed sales strategies, led operations, and trained and managed sales teams that enabled some of the most significant new developments and condominium conversions in the Western United States to achieve their sales revenue goals.

Jeff Condon, Principal
Jeff has an extensive track record in the acquisition, management and disposition of residential assets and developments. Jeff oversees Level Four’s analytic and research engagements and has developed Level Four’s proprietary Pricing Management System. With the goal of achieving the highest possible value for clients, Jeff leverages data to develop real estate market intelligence reports. He previously worked as a vice president at Kennedy Wilson Investment Group and was responsible for acquiring and managing over $500 Million in assets, primarily focusing on condominium and multifamily properties in addition to industrial, retail, land and hotel assets. Jeff has also worked at IBM and Cisco Systems.

Michelle Antic, Principal
Michelle has more than 15 years of diverse experience in real estate development, marketing and sales. She has been involved in nearly 100 high-density, mid-density and single family developments comprised of more than 10,000 units and more than $3 billion in sales revenue. While her experience is broad, her focus has always been to ensure the successful sell-out of each community with proven and innovative marketing and sales strategies and solutions. Over the course of her career, Michelle has worked for The Mark Company, Polaris Pacific, Intracorp, Pacific Marketing Associates and Centex Homes.
