Boutique Real Estate Marketing and Sales Firm – Level Four Advisors – Celebrates Its Seventh Listing Since Inception Last Summer

Firm Provides Principal Level Client Service to Urban, New Construction, Resort and Condominium Conversion Developers in Western United States

San Francisco – November 29, 2016 – Level Four Advisors, a full-service boutique real estate marketing and sales firm representing urban, new construction, resort and condominium conversion developers, and their investors, announced today that it has signed its seventh listing since inception on August 1, 2015. The firm is lead by four seasoned real estate industry experts with strong connections to and deep experience in the real estate community in the West. The firm’s four principals Curtis Tischler, Mark Chow, Michelle Antic and Jeff Condon have a proven record of generating more than $6 billion combined in sales over the course of their careers.

Level Four Advisors aspires to remain a high performing boutique firm focusing on hands-on senior level attention and high quality client service. The principals collaborate on each listing and its culture of direct principal involvement provides the client with the highest level of expertise to achieve their goals. To ensure success, Level Four Advisors carefully selects clients and projects based on their size and needs, and makes sure it matches up with its company’s expertise, capabilities and resources. Level Four Advisors is currently responsible for $200 million in total listings.

“Mark and I joined forces because we saw a need in this ever-changing and competitive market for a new kind of boutique firm that provides the level of expertise and capabilities of the larger firms combined with the high touch customer experience of a small firm,” said Curtis Tischler, co-founder of Level Four Advisors. “Unlike larger firms who hand off a significant amount of work to junior executives, our principals are involved in the day-to-day operations from start to finish to ensure clients get the results they need to gain an advantage over their competitors,” he added.

“Together with our partners Michelle Antic, who is one of the best in the industry in marketing and sales strategy, and Jeff Condon a seasoned business development executive and valuation expert, we signed seven listings in just over a year,” said Mark Chow, co-founder of Level Four Advisors. “We’re thrilled that they share our vision to not grow our firm too large, but to continue to provide unparalleled personal service and value to our clients.”

“The entire Level Four team has been terrific to work with and they have really pushed and challenged us to look in several directions with respect to our marketing campaigns and sales philosophy, all of which are paying dividends today,” said Jonathan Wilhelm, managing partner, Mayacama, one of Level Four Advisors’ clients.

Level Four Advisors listings include:
