Bridge Investment Group Partners will have representation in Hong Kong

NEW YORK Feb 24, 2016 – Bridge Investment Group Partners, LLC (“Bridge-IGP”), the private equity real estate firm, announced today that it has engaged Mr. Aamir R. Rahim, Representative Chairman of Bridge Investment Group Partners, Ltd.1, to assist Bridge-IGP in Asia-Pacific to provide investor relations and capital markets expertise.

Aamir previously held several senior posts at Citi in Asia-Pacific. He was the CEO of Citi Private Bank, and prior to that, he was Co-Head of Fixed Income Currencies and Commodities for Asia-Pacific and Head of Fixed Income Capital Markets. Most recently, he led the Public Sector Group for Citi in Asia-Pacific.

Bridge-IGP focuses on value-add multifamily, commercial office, seniors housing and CRE-backed fixed income sectors by deploying specialized teams to assist and invest in opportunities in these verticals. The vertically-integrated firm has about $4.7 billion of assets under management with an additional $382 million of real estate managed by its affiliates.

Aamir worked previously at JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs in Structured Finance and Derivatives. He has an M.A. in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
