SAN FRANCISCO, CA — SEPTEMBER 9, 2016 — Clune Construction is pleased to announce the completion of a build-out for a leading global investment firm in San Francisco. The firm is located on one of the top floors at 555 California Street in the city’s Financial District area. The build-out included the construction of a new high-end conference center with an acoustical plaster ceiling finish, operable partitions and a high-end reception area with wood paneling.
Clune also installed custom-length intersecting light fixtures, glass demountable office fronts and a feature wall with custom glass pieces. Following a strict timeline, the project required careful coordination, which Clune successfully achieved. The build-out marks another high-end financial firm project for Clune’s portfolio.
