Pleasanton, Calif. – Colliers International recently brokered a multi-year lease in the Livermore Valley Business Park, in Livermore, California. Sunlight Supply Inc. acquired the distribution property for an undisclosed amount.
Sunlight Supply Inc. is leasing the state-of-the-art distribution building from PROLOGIS, INC. to use as a regional distribution center. PROLOGIS, INC. is excited to have Sunlight Distribution as our new customer in our Livermore portfolio.
