San Francisco, December 19, 2012 – Colliers International has announced the completed sale of 747 Front Street. Centrally located in the heart of Jackson Square, the property lies directly adjacent to the scenic Sydney Walton Square and offers close proximity to The Embarcadero, Financial District, and San Francisco waterfront.
Originally built in 1909, 747 Front Street is an 86,171 square foot creative office building situated at the prominent corner of Broadway and Front Street. The building is equipped with 12 to 15 foot slab-to-slab ceiling heights, industrial-style windows for excellent natural light, and a side-core design allowing for open floor plans. Current tenants offer a strong and diverse mix of design, media, education, and internet firms.
Tony Crossley and Erik Hanson of Colliers’ San Francisco Investment Services Group represented the Seller. Since 2003, the team has handled 40% of the total sales of San Francisco properties valued between $5 million and $50 million. The team has a track record of $4 billion in sales comprised of over 300 downtown San Francisco properties, including over 30 major development sites.
Colliers International’s Senior Vice President, Jim Sobel and Associate, Brendon Kane, have been retained as the building’s leasing agents.
