Walnut Creek (January, 2012) — Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank announced that, as a result of the completion of seven separate leases in the last nine months totaling approximately 84,000 square feet (sf), 2999 Oak Road, a 201,070 sf office building in Walnut Creek, California, is now 87% leased.
