Cushman & Wakefield Adds Multitude of Tenant Representation Brokers in Silicon Valley, Specializing in Technology and Life Science

Market-leading brokers join from Savills to continue building C&W’s Occupier Services in critical sectors

SAN JOSÉ, Calif. – June 27, 2022 – Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK), a leading global real estate services firm, announced that several brokers specializing in Tenant Representation have joined the firm in Silicon Valley, California. Working as individuals, the group consists largely of veteran brokers primarily serving clients in the technology and life science/biotech sectors as well as healthcare, financial, gaming, and other key industries.

The brokers range in experience from more than 35 years to less than 5 years and consist of Mike Mordaunt, Executive Vice Chair, Joe Brady, Vice Chair, Peter Hamann, Vice Chair, Mark Moser, Vice Chair, Nate Currie, Executive Managing Director, Scott Kinder, Executive Managing Director, Mike Drew, Executive Director, Chris Errecart, Senior Director, Jonny Miroyan, Director, and Spencer Galli, Director.

The brokers joined Cushman & Wakefield from Savills individually throughout June. They will be based in the firm’s Silicon Valley offices in San José and Palo Alto, which are led by Todd Beatty and Dave Hiebert, respectively.
