SACRAMENTO, Calif. – August 27, 2021 – Cushman & Wakefield announced that John Kaufman, a veteran commercial real estate Land and Investment Sales professional, has joined the firm as a Senior Director in Sacramento, California.
During his 20-year career, Kaufman has brokered numerous transactions throughout California and Nevada. He has worked with many high-profile clients and dozens of agricultural land owners in the acquisition and disposition of residential lots, farm land, retail, office and industrial investments.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Kaufman served as principle with Kaufman Properties, Inc, a land development company.
