Prologis has started construction on a 203,120-square-foot industrial building on Bayside Parkway in Fremont that a confidential tenant leased in full before the first shovel hit the dirt, as the world's largest industrial landlord sets a goal of doubling its share of a city where vacancy has fallen below 3 percent.
