Evernote Corp to Grow Headquarters to 87,774 SF in Redwood City in New Deal With Lane Partners/Walton Street Capital

Software Cloud Application Firm Relocating/Expanding into San Mateo County

Burlingame, CA – April 9, 2012 – Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., announced today that the listing team of Mike Moran, SIOR, Clarke Funkhouser and David Hiebert with the firm have represented property owner Lane Partners and Walton Street Capital in the lease of the 87,774-square-foot Class A office building at 305 Walnut Street in Redwood City to Evernote Corporation.
