Premier Mixed-Use Development’s Office Space is More Than 75 Percent Leased with Two Suites Remaining for Lease
NAPA, Calif. (September 10, 2018) – First Street Napa – a 325,000-square-foot mixed-use development in the heart of Downtown Napa that will encompass 45 retail shops and restaurants, new creative office space, and the 183-room Archer Hotel Napa – is pleased to announce Silicon Valley Bank, the bank of the world’s most innovative companies and premium wineries, officially opened its new Napa office within the project in August. Located at 1300 First Street, Suite 466, the location at First Street Napa is Silicon Valley Bank’s third office in the North Bay. The bank joins Pacific Union International and John Anthony Family of Wines as First Street Napa’s office occupants, leaving just two office spaces available for prospective tenants. John Anthony Family of Wines’ new office headquarters is under construction and slated to open in fall 2018.
“Silicon Valley Bank is an important member of the Wine Country community, so we’re thrilled to be a part of the company’s growth in the region and support a California business and one with a particular focus and benefit to our region” said Todd Zapolski, managing partner of Zapolski Real Estate. “We look forward to continue offering our current and future office tenants a variety of amenities and quality dining, retail, and beverage options just steps away from their doors.”
Silicon Valley Bank’s wine division was founded in 1994 and maintains more than 400 clients in the wine industry as one of the largest wine lenders in the country. In addition to the new Napa office, the division has a full-service branch in St. Helena and banking offices in Santa Rosa and Portland, Oregon. Silicon Valley Bank provides a full range of financial services, including proprietary benchmarking, wine ambassadorship, and insights and research for the wine industry.
The forthcoming John Anthony Family of Wines’ new office headquarters will also be on the second floor at 1300 First Street. The local, family-owned wine company – encompassing an impressive portfolio of brands including John Anthony Vineyards, JaM Cellars, and FARM Napa Valley – will occupy approximately 6,000 square feet with prime views of bustling First Street, neighboring Pacific Union International and Silicon Valley Bank offices. John Anthony Truchard and family have a storied history within Napa’s winemaking scene and originally established a presence in Downtown Napa in 2011.
Founded in San Francisco in 1975, Pacific Union International, Inc. is the West Coast’s premier luxury real estate brand with offices throughout California and Nevada. Located in Suite 462 at First Street Napa, Pacific Union offers a full range of personal and commercial real estate services, including buying, selling, and relocation in addition to operating joint-venture businesses that provide rental and commercial property management and insurance services.
The newly redeveloped 1300 First Street office building features high ceilings, abundant natural light, modern lobbies, convenient access to two adjacent parking garages, and a secured entry and on-site property management. The two remaining office spaces are 4,000 and 1,600 square feet, respectively.
“These are great spaces, right in the heart of New Napa,” said Joe Fischer, broker for Strong & Hayden, a commercial real estate firm specializing in Napa County properties. “The offices are ideal for firms that want to be in an energetic part of Napa Valley with a host of things to experience just steps from the office. Additionally, there is plenty of easy parking for clients right downtown.”
