SAN FRANCISCO, August 4, 2015 — Gensler, the global design firm, announced today that Jeff Arko has joined its Digital Experience Design team as a Design Manager. Arko brings 20 years of experience driving brand engagement for Fortune 500 companies through digital channels. From initial engagement strategy, content planning, solution ideation and awareness, to executional project management, digital technology vendor solutions and more, Arko will assist in digital engagement and execution as a means to expand the total design solution for the firm’s existing and future clientele
“In anticipating the needs of our clients, we’re thrilled to grow our Digital Experience Design team,” said Jill Nickels, studio director at Gensler. “Today’s businesses have come to expect digital strategy and content as a way to ensure effective communication with consumers. We look forward to the energy and expertise Arko will bring to the clients we serve.”
Arko will collaborate with clients to deliver digital experience innovation – bridging the gap between physical space, human engagement and brand design application. He will focus on providing new and unique use cases for connecting brand and audience with a goal of enhancing message delivery opportunity, maximizing engagement and opening communication channels. The breadth of Arko’s experience will be essential to ensuring brands effectively engage with today’s connected consumer by weaving digital and technology solutions into the overall business strategy.
“The Gensler Digital Experience Design team is a unique cross-experiential opportunity.” said Arko. “There is great opportunity within the marketplace to bring brands to life through digital solution and engagement while enhancing the overall success of businesses.”
Prior to joining Gensler, Arko applied his expertise to a diverse set of clients including Hewlett-Packard, Cisco, American Airlines, Target and more. Recently, Arko spoke at the Association of Briefing Program Manager (ABPM) 2014 Spring Conference on engagement and content strategy. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Management Information Systems from The Ohio State University.
