Overview

Intuit is expanding its corporate headquarters in Mountain View, California, with the construction of a new office building on Marine Way. Designed to meet the US Green Building Council’s standards for holistic green new construction, the building is part of a plan to double the size of the existing campus. The innovative workspace will support Intuit’s growth in the Bay Area while creating a great work environment for employees. The new building is slated to be completed by summer 2016.

  • 185,000 square foot, four-story office located at Garcia Avenue and Marine Way
  • 74,000 square foot landscaped area surrounding the building
  • Approximately 553 parking spaces; includes one level below the building and a new, six-level parking garage at Coast Avenue and Marine Way
  • Designed to meet LEED platinum standards
  • Will provide workspace for approximately 900 employees

  • TechKnow Bar: On-site tech support; conveniently located next to a coffee bar where employees can grab a drink while getting technical assistance
  • Intuit Studio: An area where Intuit employees can collaborate with customers in a one-to-one or group setting
  • Multiple outdoor terraces and conference rooms complete with wireless Internet, state of the art A/V technology and shade control
