Exclusive Opportunity to be Among the First to View the Exceptional Residences Featuring Interiors by Renowned Designer Ken Fulk

San Francisco – March 31, 2016 – Maximus Real Estate Partners announced the launch of sales to begin April 1, by appointment only, at The Harrison, San Francisco’s newest luxury residential tower located in Rincon Hill. The announcement was made by Rob Rosania, founder and lead visionary of Maximus Real Estate Partners. The Mark Company has been selected for the marketing and sales of the residences, with panoramic vistas overlooking the city’s iconic skyline and San Francisco Bay.

The Harrison ushers in a new level of service for San Francisco, including front doormen, a 24-hour attended lobby, valet parking with a dedicated valet entrance doorman, and The Harrison Attaché concierge service.

The luxury tower features a breathtaking two-story grand salon upon entry, the exclusive, residents-only Uncle Harry’s, a unique lounge on the 49th floor with views of the entire San Francisco bay, and highly-appointed design finishes that include Studio Becker Ash Molina gray cabinetry with polished white slab Carrara marble countertops in the kitchens, and custom brass and casted-glass wall sconces with Waterworks brass fixtures in the bathrooms.

The Harrison launched earlier this month with an unprecedented celebration event at the Magic Factory, the think tank of globally renowned interior designer and The Harrison’s creative director, Ken Fulk, unveiling the tower to a select group of San Francisco’s premier real estate brokers. Surrounded by Fulk’s innovative and whimsical decor, the elite group of luxury real estate brokers experienced an inspiring evening, and were impressed by the building’s approach to envisioning a new way to live in San Francisco, and a nod to ‘a life above’ at The Harrison.

Over the past two weeks, VIP tours for select brokers from key brokerage firms in the area have been in progress to allow them an opportunity to experience this new level of design and luxury as not seen in San Francisco until now.

Additionally, The Harrison launched a broker portal, a digital site that provides specific marketing collateral to this community enabling them to exclusively market to their clients, register for updates, download brochures, view floorplans, as well as acquire continually evolving details and exclusive news on The Harrison.

Closings are scheduled to commence Summer 2016.

“I strived to create an experience that feels like a life well lived. That by living at The Harrison, you have the keys to the best of the city,” said Fulk. “Our job is to create something that feels special enough that it becomes a destination for people…then we hand it over and let people take it and embrace the culture and make it their own.”

The sales office and model units are located on the 32nd floor of The Harrison, at 401 Harrison Street. To schedule an appointment with an exclusive broker, please email, or call (415) 721-7788. For more information on The Harrison, visit
