Company Leads Marketing and Sales for Future Palisades at Squaw Valley and PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn & Residences Sales Commence This Winter

San Francisco – November 7, 2017 – Level Four Advisors, a full-service real estate marketing and sales firm, announced today it is leading the marketing and sales for The Palisades at Squaw Valley, featuring 63 townhomes, semi-custom homes and home sites, now under construction in Olympic Valley. In addition, The PlumpJack Group announced in September that Level Four Advisors is part of a strategic partnership to redevelop the PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn into the PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn & Residences – an all-season destination resort set to be completed in winter 2019. Level Four Advisors will exclusively manage the marketing and sales for its 34 residences.

Level Four Adviser’s founder Curtis Tischler, a former eight-year member of the United States Ski Team and a World Champion mogul skier, has held senior positions at major mountain resorts including the Ritz Carlton, Lake Tahoe, Constellation Residences at Northstar. He has more than 15 years of extensive experience in Squaw Valley and Lake Tahoe real estate as well as luxury resort real estate across the West.

The existing PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn will be replaced by the PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn & Residences, a one-of-a-kind, all-season destination resort located at the base of Squaw Valley mountain, with a 60 room hotel and 34 slope-side residences. Future residents will have access to the Inn’s top of the line amenities, including a restaurant, pool, fitness center and spa as well as the convenience of Squaw Valley village dining and retail, and the world famous Aerial Tramway to the top of the mountain. The strategic partnership to develop the PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn & Residences is comprised of The PlumpJack Group, Meriwether Co., CCY Architects, Level Four Advisors, VITA, and HDSF. The Inn and Residences are scheduled to be completed in winter 2019. The residences will be available for advance purchase starting this winter.
