Mishkin, regional manager of the firm’s San Francisco office. The asset sold for $3,795,000.

The Courtyard Terrace Apartments is located at 4200 Appian Way, is a thirty-two unit apartment complex located in the quiet residential community of El Sobrante.  The property may be accessed from the Appian Way or San Pablo Dam Road exit of Highway 80 and is centrally located, benefiting from the quiet small town feel that El Sobrante affords, while at the same time allowing tenants easy access to employment and shopping.  Tenants can enjoy an easy walk to Starbucks and numerous restaurants and retail along San Pablo Dam Road, with a bus stop directly in front of the property.
