Marcus & Millichap Arranges The Sale Of A 5,760-Square Foot Mixed-Use Building

San Francisco, CA, – Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, the nation’s largest real estate investment services firm, has announced the sale of a 5,760-square foot mixed-use property located in San Francisco, CA, according to Jeffrey M. Mishkin, regional manager of the firm’s San Francisco office. The asset sold for $2,180,000.

The subject property (1545-1549 California Street) is a mixed-use property with four residential units over one ground floor commercial space. Centrally located in the famous Nob Hill neighborhood and the Polk Street Neighborhood Commercial District. The property is zoned NCD with an 80-A height and bulk rating.

Built in 1906, it is a three story wood frame structure with a stucco front and a reinforced concrete foundation. Each floor is separately metered for PG&E. The roof was redone in 2000.
