Marcus & Millichap Sells A 4,926-Square Foot Net-Leased Building

Santa Clara, CA, – Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, the nation’s largest real estate investment services firm, has announced the sale of 3180 El Camino Real, a 4,926-square foot net-leased property located in Santa Clara, California, according to Jeffrey M. Mishkin, First Vice President/Regional Manager of the firm’s Oakland office. The asset commanded a sales price of $2,110,000.

The subject property was constructed in 1969 for Carrows Restaurant, who was the tenant until the lease expired in April 2013. The building is zoned for “thoroughfare commercial district” and is situated on a 0.74-acre lot on the corner of El Camino Real and Calabazas Boulevard. The busy signalized intersection, which is located in Koreatown, receives traffic counts of 36,000 vehicles per day. The Lawrence Expressway is also nearby, providing quick and easy access to Highway 101 to the north and Interstate 280 to the south.
