San Rafael, CA (October 9, 2017) – Meridian Commercial President Matt Brown announced today that his firm represented buyer CLE Tile in the $2.42 million acquisition of a light industrial and office property in San Rafael for the purchaser’s headquarters facility.
Samuel Ko in Meridian’s San Rafael office represented CLE Tile (www.cletile.com), a high-end designer and manufacturer of classic tile, ceramic tile and artistic tile that is relocating from Sausalito in an expansion.
CLE Tile purchase an 8,801-square-foot building located at 2143 East Francisco Blvd. in San Rafael. The seller was Left Coast Brick and Mortar LLC.
The facility is mostly warehouse and manufacturing space with a finished office area.
“The secured yard was a primary reason my client was attracted to this property, with all of the deliveries and shipping requirements for its business. The yard is gated and fenced and can accommodate nearly 20 parking spaces,” said Samuel Ko.
He added that the property was sold off market, meaning it was not mass marketed through traditional channels, auction sites or other means.
