Metro Home Prices Jump 4 Percent in 2018’s Fourth Quarter

WASHINGTON (February 12, 2019) – Inventory increased and metro market prices rose at a slower pace in the fourth quarter of 2018, according to the latest quarterly report by the National Association of Realtors®.
