SIOR is a Washington, DC-based international professional organization of more than 3,000 commercial real estate professionals, 2,800 of whom have earned the coveted SIOR designation.
To achieve the SIOR designation, Michael Carrigg, SIOR completed at least five years of creditable experience in the highly specialized field of industrial real estate; met stringent education requirements; and demonstrated professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity.
Individuals who hold the SIOR designation are top producers in the commercial real estate field and are represented in more than 630 cities in 29 countries around the world. SIOR enforces a strict code of ethics and required designees to complete its ethics course within their first three years of membership.
Mike has been a stellar performer with Colliers International since 2001. His focus is on representing both corporate tenants and institutional landlords in the East Bay with their local and national real estate needs. A single point of contact, Mike assists his clients with acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, financial analysis, market analysis, lease administration and portfolio strategy.
Mike has negotiated over 1,000 lease and/or sale transactions, in excess of $275,000,000 total value. Mike is committed to fostering relationships with his clients as evidenced by the high level of service he provides before, during and well beyond any transaction.
