Millbrook Revolutionary Engineering Leases ±24,600 SQFT Industrial Building in Hayward

Hayward, Calif. (July 23, 2019) Colliers International announced today the lease of, a ±24,600 square foot industrial warehouse/distribution facility located at 31157 Wiegman Road in Hayward, CA.

The facility is owned and managed by EastGroup Properties, LP (HQ). It was leased to Millbrook Revolutionary Engineering Inc., a leading specialist in propulsion and driveline test services and systems. Millbrook Revolutionary Engineering offers turnkey dynamometer-based test systems, enabling its customers to perform a full range of testing scenarios in-house – from the simplest to the most demanding.

The ±24,600 SF warehouse space features ±1,500 square feet of office space, 22’ – 24’ clear height, 3 dock-high doors, 1 grade level door, sprinklers throughout, and it is located in close proximity to the 880 highway at the intersection of Wiegman and Zephyr. 31157 Wiegman will allow Millbrook Revolutionary Engineering Inc. to expand their client base throughout the 880 corridor and have immediate access to the Hayward Industrial market. 

The Millbrook Revolutionary Engineering service technicians and engineers are specialists in dynamometer test equipment maintenance, servicing, and diagnostics, all performed onsite to ensure optimal system performance. Their experience and knowledge with dynamometer systems and control packages enables them to service Millbrook’s and other systems, including current and older models. Their services include: Electrical inspections and repairs (including dynamometers and enclosures), Mechanical inspections and repairs (including bearings, couplings, blowers, pumps and trunnions), Auxiliary component inspections and repairs, Calibration (including torque, speed, pressure and temperature), Vibration trending, Report generation, Oil analysis, System refurbishments and Equipment relocation.
