Seafood Restaurant to Occupy Prime Corner Space at New Colonnade Community
Los Altos, CA – September 28, 2015 – Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SGNRC) has announced that Old Port Lobster Shack will occupy one of the ground floor retail spaces in its new community, Colonnade. The extremely popular restaurant, which serves authentic New England-style seafood, has leased approximately 2,800 square feet of corner space and will open in sometime in early 2016. Randol Mackley and Steve Gazzera of SRS Real Estate Partners represented both parties in the transaction.
