Pharmacyclics Expands in 35,400 SF at Oakmead West Campus, Project now 100% Leased

Pharmacyclics, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company acquired by AbbVie last year, has added even more space to its research and development footprint in eastern Sunnyvale, CA. Pharmacyclics leased the entire second floor totaling ±35,422 square feet in the building at 920 Stewart Drive. The high-class building is part of a larger seven-building campus known as Oakmead West that is owned by Wilson Oakmead West, LLC. The lease by Pharmacyclics, which also currently has space in an adjacent project on Arques Avenue, brings the Oakmead West campus to 100% leased. Alan Guterman, Steve Horton, Kelly Yoder and Greg Bennette with Cushman & Wakefield’s San Jose office represented the landlord in the transaction.

Oakmead West provides great access to U.S. Highway 101, California Highway 237 and Lawrence and Central expressways. The campus is served by a CalTrain Shuttle from the Lawrence CalTrain Station and is positioned close to numerous restaurants plus other retail, fitness and hospitality services.
