CINCINNATI, Feb. 18, 2015 — Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT II, Inc. (the “Company”) today announced it has added another property in the state of California to its portfolio.

North Point Landing is a 152,769 square foot grocery store-anchored shopping center in Modesto, California, anchored by a Walmart Supercenter. Other national and regional tenants at the center include GNC, T-Mobile, the UPS Store, Allstate and Round Table Pizza.
