SAN JOSE, CA – August 30, 2016 – Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC) announced today that leasing has begun on The Pierce, a mid-rise, 232-unit luxury apartment and retail community in downtown San Jose. Located at 2 Pierce Avenue, the site is on Market Street between Pierce Avenue and Reed Street in the emerging South First Area district (SOFA)– San Jose’s visual arts and entertainment destination. Designed by Steinberg Architects, The Pierce’s plans incorporate streamlined architectural elements into a classic modern design. The landmark corner of Pierce and Market will be enhanced by a soaring public/private, glass enclosed space, inviting the neighborhood to participate in the planned community amenity.
SRGNC partnered on the project with Chicago-based Pritzker Realty Group. The design/development team includes Steinberg Architects, general contractor Clark Builders Group, HMH Civil Engineers, The Guzzardo Partnership Landscape Architects, MEP engineer Belden Inc. and structural engineer Nishkian Menninger.
