The property sold for $1,630,000, and was obtained using a construction loan.

In fact, prior to me putting it in contract, the property was shown by another agent three times in the previous month with no success at all. The Seller was frustrated with the lack of production and called me because of my track record in the East Bay. That same day I sent him an offer and we were in contract” stated Pinza.

Four of the six units were vacant at close of escrow which will allow the new Owner to renovate and re-lease the units for market rate.
