San Francisco, – Prologis, Inc., the leading global owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, today announced it has leased an 800,000 square foot (74,300 square meter) logistics facility in Southern California’s Inland Empire region to a national retailer.
The building is located at Prologis Park Redlands Distribution Center with direct access to Interstate 10. The speculative development, now fully stabilized, was designed to LEED specifications.
