Madonna Manor is an 85-unit assisted living facility with 68 licensed beds that has been owned and operated by the California Catholic Daughters of America Home Inc. (“Catholic Daughters”) since 1971. Rockwood Pacific was retained by the Catholic Daughters to conduct a formal solicitation process of buyer candidates with the capabilities to expeditiously complete the purchase transaction as well as capably serve existing and future residents of Madonna Manor.

Catholic Daughters, a 501c3, is affiliated with the Catholic Daughters of the Americas. The Catholic Daughters of the Americas was formed over 100 years ago and is one of the oldest and largest organizations of Catholic women in the Americas.
